Thank you for registering!!

Thank you for registering your child for art class.

I would like to discuss a few procedures for the coming semesters.

  • Classes are scheduled to start the week of January 11th, 2021. I have a calendar page on the website that I will keep updated. If you ever have a question in regard to the class schedule, please check it out at If you signed up for 8 sessions, you may pick any 8 classes between the dates of January 11th and May 6th. You do not need to tell me when you plan on bringing your child, but it would be helpful if you did. You could bring them weekly for 2 months straight, and then sign up for 8 more sessions. You could bring them every other week, or any other variation, just as long as it is 8 sessions in total. I recommend that you keep track of the number of classes they have attended. We will have a sign-in procedure to help keep track of attendance.

  • I have two entrances to the studio. One is on Webb Street, and the other is facing 41 or Church St. If there is not enough parking, you may use city parking. For drop off and pick up, I would like to ask you to use the side facing 41, where Calvin the chicken will greet you. I will open doors 5 minutes before the scheduled class time. When dropping off and picking up your child, please stay 6 ft away from other families when possible. A temperature check will be administered before anyone enters the studio.

  • Please consider sending a mask just in case we can not social distance during transition times. I also recommend sending a personal hand sanitizer with your child. I have 3 sinks, and hand sanitizer available, but I like to be over-prepared.

  • The CDC recommends that only staff and students are allowed in the building. I realize that this rule is a little unrealistic. Particularly for younger, anxious students who may need a parent to walk them to their desks for added comfort. As long as all the parents are not in the building at the same time, I believe it will be completely safe. This does not apply to preschoolers. I am keeping the numbers for preschoolers so low that even if all the parents come in and stay, it will be less than 10 people in a room at a time.

  • Payment is due on the first day of class. I have updated my website to include payment buttons so that you can pay with a card or PayPal.  If you would like to use that option visit: You can also pay in person with cash, card, or check. If your child is not feeling well or has any symptoms of illness, please keep them home. If you or your child has come in contact with a known positive Covid-19 individual, please stay home until it is safe to return. If you and your child have tested positive after attending a class, please inform me so I can get tested, and I can inform the families that your child came in contact with. I will keep your identity confidential. This year will be very different, and we may have to make adjustments as we go. Thank you for understanding and being flexible. If we have to shut down I will provide makeup classes at a later date.

  • If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at 229-251-8843. I am looking forward to a safe and exciting semester with your kids. Thank you for trusting me. Autumn Orozco.

  • Please print and sign the Release and Liability Waiver and bring it on the first day of class.
